Free Checker Tools — Check Messages, Links & Giveaways

Not sure if that prize message, giveaway post, or payment link is real? You are not alone — fake giveaways and scam messages copy real brands so well that anyone can be fooled.

Use our free checkers below. Each one looks for the patterns scammers use again and again: fees to “release” a prize, pressure to act now, links that hide where they really go. Every tool runs right here in your browser — nothing you paste is sent or saved anywhere.

Honest promise: these tools check patterns, they do not give verdicts on a specific sender or website. A warning here means “slow down and verify” — and we will always tell you how to verify for real.

Frequently asked questions

Are these tools really free?

Yes. No account, no payment, no download. They are simple pages that run in your browser.

Is my message or link sent to you when I check it?

No. The checkers work entirely on your device. Nothing you paste is uploaded, stored, or read by us — that is also why we cannot see or judge your specific case.

The checker says “high risk”. Does that prove it is a scam?

No — and any tool that promises proof is lying to you. It means the message or link matches patterns scammers use very often. Treat it as a stop sign: do not pay, do not send codes, and verify through the company's official app or website, typed in by you.

The checker says “looks safer”. Can I trust the message then?

Not fully. It only means none of the common patterns matched. Scammers write new wording every day. The safest habit never changes: reach banks, shops, and delivery firms through their official apps — never through links in a message.

A message asked me to pay a fee to release my prize. What should I do?

Do not pay — not by card, not by gift cards, not by crypto. A real prize never charges a release fee. If you already paid or shared bank details or codes, contact your bank immediately using the number on your card.

Fake Giveaway? Run These 7 Checks Before You Enter

You found a giveaway that looks perfect: a popular prize, a smiling winner in the photo, and a big "Enter now" button. Before you type in a single detail, pause. Most fake giveaways give themselves away in the first minute — if you know what to look for. Run through these seven points on the page itself, and stop the moment one of them clearly fails. 1. Official rules exist. A real giveaway links to written rules or terms: who runs it, who can enter, and when it ends. No rules at all is the single biggest warning sign there is. 2. A real organiser is named. Look for a company name, an imprint or "about" page, and a contact route that is not just a comment box. Anonymous pages have nobody who can be held responsible. 3. Entry is completely free. The moment a "prize" needs a ...

How to Tell If a 'You Won' Message Is Real

The message everyone hopes for has arrived: "Congratulations — you won!" Maybe you entered that giveaway last week. Maybe you didn't. Before you reply, celebrate quietly and check first, because a real winner notification behaves differently from a fake one in a few reliable ways. (Advertising — we publish honest guides; the free checklist mentioned below is supported by sponsor offers.) First question: did you actually enter? A genuine organiser notifies the winner of one specific giveaway — the one you entered, with the prize you entered for. A win from a competition you never heard of is not a lucky surprise. It usually means your contact details came from a bought or scraped list, and the "win" is simply the bait that gets you to answer. If you keep a simple entry tracker — a few lines noting what you entered and when — this first check takes seconds. No entry, no win. Check the official page, not the message Do not tap the link in the message and do no...
